Starbucks UK FAQ

Is Starbucks UK legit?
🤔 The Starbucks UK app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I’ve been using this app for a long time and it really useful for checking the menu for new drinks and collecting stars to make your way up to claim a free drink. My only problem with this app is sometimes I dont receive my stars. A spent a lot of money at starbucks a week ago (I should’ve gotten enough stars to claim a free drink) but i haven’t gotten my stars which is very melancholy😣 I tried contacting customer service but I haven’t gotten a reply at all! I want my stars!!!!!😤
Shocking App
As a gold member for member for many years now it’s shocking that such a giant as the most useless app. The more that gets updated the more breaks, every time I open the app I have to log in. Why can’t we have an Apple wallet card.
Such a simple app, but useless
Turn off VPN to order and log in
Following the update, I was unable to log in or place orders. Despite customer service telling me to all sorts of fixes (uninstall app, password resets etc), which didn’t work, I finally figured the issue out myself. The problem stemmed from my third party VPN on my phone (NordVPN). When I turned this off, I was able to log into the app and place orders again. I just need to remember to turn off the VPN every time I place an order and it then works fine.
Why no apple wallet integration?
It’s 2024 and Starbucks still don’t support Apple wallet integration for Starbucks card. I don’t want to have to open your crummy app every time I pay
Convenience
So handy to be able to pre order the coffee before I get to store
Limited functionality
Can’t add a payment card in the way you can with Nero. You have to preload a Starbucks card which seems pointless? Just adding extra unnecessary steps … it also means Starbucks benefits from holding your cash and earning interest on it
Brilliant service
Gorgeous coffee and brilliant service from Jade and the team at the new Beaumont Leys branch in Leicester. Thanks so much
Buggy, poor software
Buggy, order flow breaks when connectivity lost at any point.
An app written by a company which truly expects its customers to come to it, no matter what
Mr Mo
It’s not working I’ve got a problem always
New Rewards System
Yet another points scheme re-invention to screw the customer. You may get more than 3 fold points for your purchases but you’re going to need to spend almost TWICE as much to retain your Top Tier rating! Shrinkflation!
