Unconnected data
Dear StarHub, it’s been a week since I top up my data plan but it can’t connect to my phone. I have a iPhone 14 Pro but the phone still uses 4G and sometimes even 3G.
Manage automatic top-up has been unable to log in
Management automatic recharge has been unable to log in, the login expired message

Useless app
Worst app ever.. purchased Wowdata plan 3 times but don’t received any promised bonus data. Then whats the point of purchasing at all. Useless app

I bought the 1GB + 9GB data for $10 twice. But only received the 1GB both time???
Super Slow loading
Lousy app… too slow while ipening if you are logged out … requesting otp while login throws error hell lot times … fix this super slow turtle app
