If you are using another carriers ff number (Alaska) it will not let you add a flight in the app. Ridiculous. This app needs work

I updated my trip to use Alaska mileage plan number and the trip disappeared from the app and can no longer be added.

The app doesn’t accept my flight info. Just reports error

Seems to take user to external site for checking in and getting boarding pass. Not sure what the app can actually do itself. Means user has to enter a lot of data in at least twice.

It’s a very simple app, not much in it or the newest UI. But it works for what it does. I was able to mange my flight, change seats and choose my meals with ease.

Haven’t been able to access the app at all for two days and we’re flying tonight. First time flying starlux and hoping the flight experience is better than the app!

The interface is straightforward, and user experience is excellent! Great tool for checking tickets and award tickets availability. Great job, team!

Looking good interface , limited functionality. Please benchmark non- Taiwanese airline company app. Delta, United , Southwest..etc , improve functionality

Stuck at the startup picture. Close and reopen won’t fix the problem. I see user complained about the same issue a year ago!! Horrible to see STARLUX incapable to fix such a basic for so long! How reliable the flight will be?!

I don’t know if a airliner company who can afford some commercial airliners from Airbus, but can’t afford a good team to make their app works, what’s the point??
