UI漂亮但運行速度和功能待補強
在行程管理及其他子功能（選位選餐）等等的載入速度真的要再加強，有夠慢。 另外就是線上哩程艙等升級的功能居然這麼多年了都還沒推出來嗎？
買了機票要註冊成會員，卻ㄧ直出現「系統忙碌中，請稍後再試」
如題。試了10分鐘鐘，終於顯示註冊畫面，註冊完成後，又無法登入。說實話，跟其他航空公司App比較，有點難用。

程式畫面很漂亮，但一直忙線，登入不了，無法輸入資訊
不知道是IT還是User很隨便
連app版本更新紀錄都只會複製貼上，不知道是IT還是User，做事也太隨便，難怪App有夠難用
完全找不到開票的行程含有幾件免費行李
沒辦法有詳細訊息的app，跟網頁一樣不好用。完全沒有地方可以看到含有幾件免費行李，最好是客人可以直接就知道自己的票是什麼艙等代號再去看對應表。連加購行李的地方也沒有先告知票價基本已經含有幾件行李。
