Stasher Luggage Storage

I’ve been here an hour trying to remedy this and slasher is sleeping.

Stasher is my new favorite! Very useful, efficient, no errors, great networks in multiple cities.

The use of the app and mobile site is easy enough, but you can’t see the address of the place before you buy, which is not good for logistics when you are trying to plan your trip. But the main reason for one star is that I specifically checked to make sure a shop had no baggage size or weight restrictions before booking for 35 pounds (five days). When I arrived, they said because the bag was 2 or 3kg over their (unposted) limit, they wanted to charge me an extra 30 pounds (5 per day) on top of 35 I’d already paid. Again, no indication of anything of the sort on the app. They then offered me the “deal” of only charging me 15 pounds extra. Nothing like having the wool pulled over your eyes when you’re on a tight schedule.

I checked the reviews of all storage places on Google and so many had bad reviews. This place turned out to be the greatest. I needed somewhere close to the castle and the train station. Perfect location. Great price. No waiting for drop off or collection. Polite staff. I rarely leave reviews but Stasher deserves one. Thank you!

Difficulty using app to find addresses for storage and navigation by walking.

Used while in the San Diego area when my original plans fell through. Quick, easy and affordable

We left three bags at this hotel between about 12:00-2:00PM, using the Stasher. Holiday Inn Express South End, Temple Gate House, Bristol, BS1 6PL Bristol, UK ALL THREE BAGS WERE GONE THROUGH DURING THIS TIME. The evidence of tampering were obvious: straps left unbuckled, zippers left open. Be careful where you leave your bags.

What a great, useful app and service! We used it to stash our luggage at a hardware store in Edinburgh since we couldn’t check in to our hotel until 3pm and arrived at 10am. Thanks!

Our airbnb host suggested we use this since we couldn’t check in until 4pm. It was about a 10 minute walk from where we were staying, and it was super convenient! We walked right in, took a picture of our luggage as per instructions, and came back at our designated time with no issues. Would use again!
