Amazing customer service
It is to update my review from last month, Ramin from Stats did a fantastic job on helping me resolving the watch app issue. I have been using the app since 2019. It is the best app I can found on the market. Best Tesla app on the market!
Improving
Support for this app is good. If you find issues, the developers will work with you on resolving the issues and let you know when they have a fix.
Best Tesla 3rd party app bar none
So many features and regular updates. It’s amazing!
Love this app
I will have to see if it has trip schedule trickle charging in the FAQ .. so when I plug into 110v 12 amp and want it to charge to 100% before my long trip that starts at 6am. (My daily charge is usually only to 75%). The scheduled charging should see the 6am end time and calculate when charging should start whether I am using sentry or not. Leaving at 6am and not let the car be idle at 100% should help the battery not stay “electrically loaded at max too long to cause degradation”.
Buggy
This application continues to have bugs. The latest release started blaring In the middle of the night that the car was unlocked and I wasn’t in it. So I uninstalled the app Ann in the morning reinstalled to figure out the lock problem and then if my Tesla app informed me that the air conditioning was running and it turned it off. I believe this also came from the updated app. Then the capture of trips still didn’t work. There are several graphs that just spin and provide zero information and some of the information is pretty useless. While it may be a good concept, this is less that the Tesla app already provides. Since I looked at the subscription prices vs an all out buy the all out but was going to be cheaper. Had I known how buggy this was, (e.g. 7 day trial if possible) I would have never purchased it. It is not worth the price of the subscription or the outright purchase of it. Still needs a better UI and overall functionality to meet the analysis of a Tesla.

No need for all permissions
It used to work well but now the app repeatedly asks for all permissions from the Tesla website to work. Access to Energy Product information seems intrusive.
