Ruined
Bought a lifetime membership. Tried to connect Spotify and Apple Music. Spotify works ok. Apple Music was really buggy. Then a week or two ago, a few songs I played once on Apple Music registered as being played 75+ times. They are now showing up in the top 5 of my all time songs. My data is totally inaccurate. Support will not delete the mistakes in my history so my account is pretty much ruined. Only way to fix apparently is to delete and start over, which also invalidates my lifetime purchase and I’d have to buy again. No thanks, buyer beware.
