I bought&paid premium but nothing happen and not update into premium give me back my money

프리미엄을 어디서 할수있단건지…. 설명도 안 쓰여있고 노래는 재생도 안 되고 쓰는 사람은 답답 하기만 하네 좀 고쳐줬으면;;;

I paid for it, but if you try to check the ranking or music genre, infinite loading occurs. If you solve the problem or if you keep doing this error, for me a refund. I tried rebooting both this app and my device.

잘 사용하고 있습니다만,스포티파이에서 전체 스트리밍 내역을 담은 파일을 업로드하려고 해도 서버에 문제가 있다며 나중에 다시 시도하라고만 뜹니다.결국 계속 파일 업로드는 실패하고 있습니다.노트북으로 시도해봐도 마찬가지입니다. 하루빨리 개선해 주었으면 좋겠습니다.

I want to delete some songs at my history. Because, sometimes I never heard songs recorded my history. Why occur this problem? Please add users can delete history.
