Birthday Reward Not in App
I’ve had issues with the app before, but this one just occurred four days ago. I received an email notifying me of a free Specialty Shake for my birthday. It directed me to find the offer in the Rewards section of the app, but it isn’t there.
What are you guys doing?
The experience at Steak ‘n Shake is sadly becoming something that has no feeling you cannot call any customer service and when you arrive in restaurant, your cashier is a tablet. Your machine needs a code to use. It’s almost like you’re trying to take all of the human elements out of the equation. No one in store can help, I place my order in a kiosk, I have no idea how to reach anyone. I’ve got a big problem that I can’t solve and it’s unfortunate because I’m going to have to stop eating here.
Unstable Trash
Constantly refuses to progress to checkout. Refuses to let me use my rewards. Randomly deletes items out of my cart. I don’t know what happened, but I can almost never successfully complete an order. Garbage app.
Problem processing orders
Everything works h til you try to place the order then it loads forever and never completes the payment.
No longer works
App now freezes upon checkout. Or deletes items when you try to check out. I tried to order last week and now this week and have not been able to and went somewhere else. This issue needs to be corrected. I am sure it is hurting business as well.
app + rewards do not work!
i usually don't leave reviews, but this app does not work! no matter how many times i try to use my free milkshake reward or even my reward balance, it will kick everything out of my cart and won't allow me to do anything. i'm tired of it!
