Totally unpleased with the way they charged money for nothing and the staff’s communication manner. I failed to cancel the trial, which was caused by unfriendly interface, so I was charged money. I asked to refund, but the support said that in this case they can do it up to their taste and they suggest my reasons were inappropriate. BTW I decided to refuse from using the app because it appeared to be a waste of time for me. Strongly unrecommended

После загрузки с вас снимут деньги без вашего ведома. В подписках в апп стор ничего не отображается!!!! Отписаться не сможете!

Списали 89 долларов без подтверждения согласия на оплату. При установке не было выбора тарифа и предупреждения о стоимости. Оплата идет не через Apple Pay и в подписках не отражается.

Несмотря на то, что в сторе приложение позиционируется как бесплатное, после регистрации и окончания недельного трайла списывается 89 долларов.

The videos are of a woman walking in place. How do you walk in place briskly, what a joke!!! Then when you free walk its a random voice telling you how to walk! I cant! Worst part is, it says 7 days free but they charged me the $19.99 and I cancelled this within seconds of starting it. Please dont fall for this app. There are plenty of better ones that are actually worth the money! To someone here, kindly refund me the $19.99. I didnt even use this for one minute! Finally called my bank and started a fraudulent chargeback! This is false advertising and luckily I have the screen shots and emails requesting cancellation to prove it!! Galaxy their company DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!! Be ware!! This is a scam!!!!

I paid for this for a year and after nine months it quit working. Lost all my info can't even restart and get it to work. Tried rebooting many times, unloaded and reloaded app etc. It was one of my favs but it just quit working and I got zero help. Beware

Customer service is no longer active! They do not even speak English, so you may get a dumb Indian named Habib who doesn’t have brains. It took me several months to get these crooks to stop charging me! DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

This company has some of the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyer beware. They keep charging your credit card without your permission.
