Stitchly: Cross stitch

I have recently started using Stitchly for intuitive and on the go charting. I use it on both my phone and iPad, and transferring patterns between devices is a breeze. The developers are communicative and pro-active. I highly recommend Stitchly for all your charting needs.

Been using it for months, it is SO fully featured and easy to use. It has everything you need to create designs from scratch or convert from images. It has loads of import options that allow you to refine the photo conversion, even more than many paid apps. Then you can edit the designs with various stitches including back stitches (those long line ones) so you could do blackwork or outline things in addition to cross stitch. The export function is extremely robust with options to export as pixel art, as an image, or as a fully featured pdf with controls for everything like symbols, colors, black and white, how to split the design between pages, a logo for your brand etc. Plus! I suggested a few features to the developers and they were in the VERY NEXT UPDATE. Amazing! Love the app.

Lovely app for making and marking up patterns. I appreciate it being a one time purchase rather than a subscription. I would love an option to mark parked threads! Thanks for a great app!

I’ve just finished a large cross stitch from a photo of my cat who we lost last year. It took a long time but was very therapeutic especially when his lovely face appeared as if by magic from the stitches. I was overjoyed with the result! I was very pleased to be able to convert the photo to a pattern which was very easy to follow on my iPad. My only suggestion would be to have an option to view more than one section at a time to make up it easier to continue stitches of a colour into surrounding sections.

I absolutely LOVE this app and it's just so user friendly. Just one comment tho, I downloaded the app to my phone and iPad but it doesn't sync. Can you please allow it sync. That would be awesome. Thank you well done 👍

Am absolutely loving this app but only one suggestion, would love to be able to add DMC Etoile colours to my pattern but there is none in the DMC pallet

The best app for anyone that likes cross stitch. I’ve saved so much money on buying patterns and it’s also so much fun to be able to design my own. Love it. I never spend money on apps but this one was definitely worth it.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using this app to create many cross stitch patterns. I emailed the app creator about features that would be helpful for users, they responded promptly and made the suggested changes!! Definitely above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in terms of customer care. Thank you for this wonderful app!

I’ve been using this app to create patterns to sell and a lot of colours aren’t true to colour in the DMC range. What will be a bright green is displayed as a dull green or a blue displayed as a purple. Overall I was happy till I started discovering colours weren’t quite right for what I had been intending

Easy to use and can generate patterns to make quickly. Only issues I’ve found is with larger patterns there seemed to be a glitch. On the app it was find but when exporting the same symbol was used for two colours on both the chart and grid. As it’s black and white you go a little cross eyed trying to work it out! Also would be helpful to have the colour version available to export in maybe separate PDF option. At the moment it’s only available in black and white.
