I’m not really sure why I keep this one on my phone, using up “space.” I’m a longtime Station membership cardholder, have been for many years even before phone apps were “a thing.” I do play at the casinos in person whenever I’m there, though if my card doesn’t work, I don’t go wander around to find the kiosk and stand in line to get a new one. Mainly because the reward payback isn’t really worth it (In not a local). I don’t get offers, and the hotel rates are quite ridiculous at the “rack rate,” or even AAA/AARP/Military rates. Nope. Regardless of play. We used to get pretty awesome rewards which made being a (non-local) cardholder worth it. “Come! Stay with us! Play with us!” Now, with a phone app, nothing. Zero. Nada. The app freezes my phone. When trying to book a hotel room, forget it. It either shows “nothing available” for any date, any room, ANY RATE; or using it simply freezes my phone. The games are just “okay,” sub-par graphics, with an occasional “win,” to keep players from nodding off. Other casino reward apps are actually engaging, pleasing to the eye, with actual “wins,” to keep the players interest. And actual rewards— real ones, attractive ones— rewards that offer true “payback” for purchases and time and LOYALTY. To keep or not to keep. Hmmmm….
They don’t explain everything in detail. Sign in EMAiL Make a Password Enter your card number.. Next to your card number is A box. In this box add 4 digit pin… I thought I had issues as well but the only issue I had was me… If you don’t remember your pin next time your in Vegas.. Write on your phone notes..
If you have problems with app there is no technical support. You’re instructed to go to the casino to resolve all issues. And the issue I have been the app on my phone and my laptop. Is you have to link your boarding pass and have a pin to access your account and play. I did not remember my pin. in order to reset the pin you have to go to the casino I’m making plans for my next trip, unsure of where I’m going, and it would’ve been nice to know what my rewards were to make a decision on which gambling town I want to go to. Until this is resolved, all rewards and gameplay are nonexistent. I have no intention of traveling by car for 10 hours or flying to resolve the technical login issue so if station casino wants to be considered in my vacation planning they need to fix this technical issue. The app I can play as a guest outside of that I have no positive rating to give this app
Works like garbage. Failed horribly on Derby Day
I refuse to use the app because to forces you to have location services on all the time. I don’t even like it to be on while I use the app. There is no reason for it. It is pushed to allow you to see offers and status so why does it need to know where I am to do that
This app continues to run in the background and use location services. There’s no reason for this. You must force quit the app to get it to stop. STOP DOING THIS!!
I have been trying to log in for almost 2 hours and it won’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstall and nothing. I type my email and password and continues to give me an error
App won't even open. Was instantly reminded why I deleted it the first time
Title says it all. Was excited to use the app being local to Las Vegas and Red Rock but the app is garbage and I could onboard setup an account.
