Great app
First let me start by saying every employee was amazing and the ladies at the reward center Janis and Rachael were so kind and patient. Other casinos might be fancier but for a nice time where the people aren’t treating u like a dollar amount this is the place to be!!!

App is trash, minimal betting options compared to other betting sites by far, can’t parlay a lot of things like normal and like all other sites offer. Don’t waste your time or money on this betting app.

From I was told at the cashier, this app does not have technical support from Station Casinos IT department , and depends of a third party business, my cash has been frozen for several days, and no way I can get my cash back or even if want to transfer to one of the slots machines, neither take the cash directly from the cashier. Frustrated and no solution has been offer, just saying we have a ticket for your problem, nothing else.
The app is Ok. If you are going to look up offers, what’s available at properties, or make reservations for a meal, the app can help you complete these activities. If you are going to use the app to connect your card to a machine, or process a transaction via STN Cash, I cannot recommend the app for these kinds of transactions. There is no dedicated in-app contact information FOR THE APP itself if you need help - you will likely stumble on a generic help email address for Stratton Casinos and going through a general mailbox is not ideal when dealing with people’s money or connection issues. If you try and approach a local Station Casinos property for assistance, be prepared for answers that are lacking and/or an extended wait. The team at the cage lack the tools to be able to assist quickly - 1, because the app wasn’t developed by Stations directly and 2, the team doesn’t posses the correct level of access to help resolve app-driven issues and 3, the cage will be a middle-man to resolving the issue leaving you as the customer frustrated, and the cage team lacking the support they need to resolve any reported issues with any efficiency. Ive been using this app since it was made available in the App Store, and more often than not, using this app leaves me disappointed and underwhelmed.
I’m certain there’s an algorithm that takes your bet into account on all the games. Not to mention the daily spin wheel rarely ever gives anything above 1000 credits. This alone is an indicator that every game is heavily coded against you. The fact you can even pay real money on this app for almost little benefit other than adding fake money and very small amounts of boarding pass points to your casino card is laughable. At least give players a chance to earn small amounts of boarding pass points by playing games.
I use this app ALL THE TIME even though it has major bugs. It is super convenient to play machines with my linked account when it works, but it has major flaws and it is super buggy. My two biggest complaints is it drops the connection from the machine often after playing for 15 or 20 mins. Also it auto logs you out and does NOT remember your credentials. It ignores the biometrics each time and forces you to login with user/email and password EVERY TIME. Very frustrating.
