During my first week with Stoic I noticed an obvious calculation error from one tab to the next. I brought it to their attention and received a generic, “we are working on it” response. After I thought about it, I decided I could not trust Stoic with control of my account if they have such an error. I deleted my account and asked for a refund. They are refusing the refund, even though I only used it for one week.
Absolutely the worst, WORST, customer service. I purchased a plan with the intent of using Crypto.com with this trading bot software. False. They don’t say any where that their software doesn’t work for Crypto.com US. It does work for Coinbase (so I’m told, wasn’t able to try) but my Coinbase account has the assets that I’m accumulating for this cycle and don’t want to trade with. Their software can’t “isolate” the funds it trades with. So dead end there. Binance.US has stopped USD deposits since 2023. So dead end there. The rest of the compatible exchanges are restricted for US users - Kucoin, OKX, Bybit. I could have deposited USD on Coinbase for USDT/C and then withdrawn to Binance.US (which still accepts crypto deposits) but at this point I was done so I simply asked that they cancel my account and process a refund. I was told, and I quote “Unfortunately, there is no match on our refund policy for your case.” Flabbergasted. To confirm, I was speaking with a human at this point not an automated bot. After a bunch of going in circles (they don’t leave read your previous messages so end up giving you the same response over and over again) I gave up. They don’t support Kraken and seemingly have no plan to based on their responses. So now I’m stuck with a year subscription. If Crypto.com ever allows exchange accounts for US users or Binance.US re-enables USD deposits I’ll maybe give it a try. But for now, just sitting here frustrated.
There were more losses than wins. I have not been able to get my money out and no response to my messages.
Hi there! I have been using the Stoic bot for 6 months. I like it. The Meta Long Only strategy is profitable. I have the bot linked to my Binance US account. The ROI has increased significantly since the start of the bull market. The set up is not difficult and the instructions are clear. Support has been wonderful. They usually respond within 24 hours. Tried this out for 90 days. Started with $2200 and it’s need a steady decline from day 1, down nearly $800 now. App has bugs that causes disconnect from your Coinbase which leaves you susceptible to losses as the bot isn’t making moves unless connected. Movement is slow, still trying to get my remaining money released but they are having issues with the hedging feature. Meanwhile my funds are stuck in the bot trading and still losing. Tech response is pretty slow and rarely helpful, seems to either be AI replies or offshore broken English. Steer clear, this is a scam app.
It’s been a good result for me after one year of trying it. Gained up to 200% of my initial investment in less than a year.

This is a massive scam. Purchased and used for 2-3 days and it’s done nothing. Sold great investments and won’t make any trades as it claims to do. Kudos for your marketing, but the product doesn’t work.
