Overall good but lots of typos
I like the programing. The app is good enough but there are errors in the programing that, if you don’t know much about fitness, could be confusing.

I have used a few different apps and workout programs. This is by far my favorite. Good breakdowns, coaching is phenomenal, program production is top of the line. The only thing I wish was possible was the ability to download the program in the event I don’t have wifi or cell service.
It’s good. But if part of the targeted audience is lower enlisted military who might want to train for selection or whatever, might want to look for ways to cut the price. Even for me the monthly subscription is a lot.
The price is insane, I have no idea how effective the app is because in order to access the app you have to pay $37.99 a month for a subscription, I would love to see what it offers and see if it is anything that fees or seems effective to my goals but for now for the price of free.99 I’m just gonna stick to online research and my own personalized calendar, unfortunately idk what I’m paying for so I won’t subscribe and there isn’t enough reviews to give payment to see if it helps. I would suggest a two week trial to see if the app is effective before making people pay so much
The programs are developed and vetted by professionals and the app interface and user experience makes it super easy to stay on track and training effectively.
The app is intuitive and easy to navigate for the most part. Setting up assessments took me a minute to figure out but other than that the app is straight forward. The fitness programming is excellent for the user base the company caters to. I’ve done SOFLETE, Military Athlete and Gym Jones programming prior and the focus on unilateral movements just hits different. Support is timely and efficient. 4/5 stars. Only improvement would be the addition of an offline feature for end users in dark spots on the map.
I’ve been using Stoic Conditioning for around 6 months now, of this I have tried both fundamentals and Strength Conditioning cycle. They are very well structured within the general hour allocation for a 6 day program. The variety in movements / exercises keep it fresh and further challenges other muscle groups. I am feeling the benefits and the increase in performance. I look forward to the testing out the next programme in due course.
I am embarking on my second programme with Stoic. The SF cycle was phenomenal, and gave me a lot of confidence going into test week. Now on the strength cycle. Team was responsive to questions, programme was clear, and the app with detailed videos, explanations, and stretching flows is very good. Impossible to recommend enough :-)
This training plan set me up for success in training very well in all aspects I would highly recommend.
You won’t find a better app with better programming for anywhere near this price. The app is well laid out with very clear instructions and videos of each exercise.
