I really wanted to give this app a second chance because it looked great. Unfortunately, despite buying a subscription, additional options do not work, and support does not respond. After reporting problems with the edition, I got a response that they do not plan to make changes to the application in the near future.
I have Subscription until 17.06.2022 and the application doesn’t work since yesterday. What’s going on? All I can see is „load error, failed to load Collection, please try again later”.
Po wykupieniu aplikacja bardzo często nie działa w ogóle. Nie polecam. Bezpłatna wersja ma mniej propozycji edycji, ale przynajmniej można z tego korzystać.
Bardzo polecam do edycji. Fajne layouty, prosta edycja. Super!
Program tak słaby, że szkoda czasu na jego ściąganie i instalowanie. Dosłownie kilka szablonów, bardzo mała baza czcionek, mało intuicyjny, mało rozbudowany. Zapewne trafiliście przez pewną „insta znawczynię”, odpuśćcie sobie i lepiej przesiądźcie się na Canva, zdecydowanie lepszy (jest tez wersja przeglądarkowa jak i mobilna). Druga gwiazdka tylko i wyłącznie za stabilność.

My subscription has renewed at 19.99 and I can’t access and pro features. The app won’t restore the purchase
I paid for pro, yet everytime I attempt to open a pro template the option to sign up keeps coming up instead of allowing me to use the template. Don’t waste your money.
I paid for this subscription last year- I haven’t been able to use it all. The app keep saying I need to buy the subscription , tries to reach out to the support - no response !
Apparently I’ve been paying for the Pro version of this app for years without knowing bc when I’m using the app and try to use the pro templates it doesn’t allow me to use them. Today I decided to just purchase the pro version bc I’m bored with the current templates. I paid for the year and have no access to the Pro templates it just prompts me to the purchase page again. When I investigate further and to report the issue I see I’ve actually been paying for it for years and haven’t had access to the pro content the entire time. Cool.
