Was quite a handy app for editing stories but now I get a message “load error, failed to load collection” and the app is completely blank. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix and there’s no way to contact the developer through the app
Wanted to use this for editing my stories for my business but you can’t save your brand colours so have to type in the hex code every time from a scrollable panel. I gave up within a few minutes
Great app which I’ve used for free templates. However recently upgraded to the PRO subscription to use the PRO templates, but it won’t let me use them. Perhaps a fault in this app update? But v annoying as have paid upfront and can’t use any of the templates.

I really like this application but for me, it crashes too many times for me to use it regularly. For example, I have just created a story but it will not save to my photos and will not send to Planoly.
There’s no undo button so if you want to change something you have to go back to the drawing board every time. And trying to change wording is so difficult as the font is tiny. You can’t see what you’re doing and you can’t highlight and replace. Why is not available on the laptop if it works in conjunction with Planoly. It’s making me go blind! Secondly I just spent a whole morning preparing drafts for my stories and it suddenly lost all my drafts. They went from 8 to 1 in the blink of an eye. It’s the third time it’s done this. Won’t be using this going forward. Cancelling my subscription. Way to time consuming and frustrating for me.
Love the app however it could have more variety in multiple areas. For example more fonts and interactive stories. Some of the templates that have been offered in collaboration aren’t very well suited to editing as it will keep the colour scheme and logo from the collar - rendering me unable to use the template for my business accounts stories. Great concept but could do with some fine tuning.
