Schlechter Service

Ich habe für 69€ die vorherige Lifetime Version gekauft. Leider war diese nach eimen Gerätewechsel nicht mehr im Appstore verfügbar und ich soll nun wieder die neue Version kaufen? Never! Leider sehr sehr kundenunfreundlich.

Perfekt!

Ich hatte vorherige Version gekauft die leider nicht mehr verfügbar war . Habe heruntergeladen die neue Version und festgestellt das man wieder neu kaufen soll. Habe mich bei der Support gemeldet und nach dem Beweis das ich früher schon die erste Version im Besitz hatte habe eine Code bekommen und konnte freischalten. Vielen Dank dafür ! Das App ist wirklich klasse ! Und Ihr Team kommt entgegen- vielen Dank dafür !

Upgrade

Leider sind ein paar Funktionen nach dem Upgrade nicht geglückt, App hängt sehr stark und die unkomplizierte easy Übersicht ist leider nachteilig verändert worden

Alte App gekauft, kein Feedback, Abzocke!

Habe die Vorgänger App bereits gekauft gehabt, dann gab es diese nicht mehr. Unverschämtheit! Ich habe den Entwickler kontaktiert, bis heute keine Antwort. Ich zahle doch nicht 2x. Nicht zu empfehlen!

ABO gekauft und kann es nicht nutzen

Ich habe schon dieses Abo für Leben lang gekauft und auf einmal bringt die Firma eine neue App raus mit dem ähnlichen Logo, die App die ich gekauft habe kann ich gar nicht mehr aktualisieren weil es ja jetzt einen neuen gibt. Das ist eine miese Masche finde ich eine Frechheit

Kundensupport ist echt sehr schlecht

Wenn man einmal Probleme hat oder Fragen an den Support hat, kann man auch gut der Wand schreiben. Eine App die Geld kostet, solltet auch seine Nutzer helfen. Das geschieht leider nicht!!! Schade drum.

Wiederherstellung klappt nicht und Support ignoriert den Fehler

Leider meldet sich der Support nicht, trotz bekanntem Fehler. Jahresabo somit bezahlt aber Funktion nicht nutzbar

Einfach super !!

Ich hatte die alte App bereits und kaufte das Jahresabo. Als es nun die alte nicht mehr gab, bin ich erschrocken und habe mich per E-Mail an StoryChic gewandt. Mir wurde schnell geholfen. Freundlicher Weise erhielt ich einen Code und eine einfache Beschreibung, um mein Abo wiederherzustellen. Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und hat viele kreative Ideen Collagen zu erstellen

Unverschämt

Ich hatte die App bereits gekauft. Jetzt wurde einfach eine neue Angelegt und ich soll erneut den VIP Zugang bezahlen.
