I feel scammed

Potential but very buggy
The concept is great, but the user experience is average and there are lots of bugs. The app crashes a lot, and I often lose my work. I’m paying the premium membership but have no idea if that’s what I’m getting, it tells me to upgrade still but then says I already have the VIP membership. Favourites don’t save. Some templates are really nice however.
Unsure how to rate it due to..
I have downloaded this app year ago, purchased subscription for 12 months and was hoping to resubscribe this year. What’s thrown me off is that I just updated the app to the newest version and my subscription was lost. I was trying to “re-store” the purchase with no success. If you can solve this problem it will be great, if not then it is a shame as you gonna loose a lot of subscribers. It would of been 5 stars if not for that error that just occurred.
I’ve just lost £50. Be warned!
I have downloaded this app couple of months ago and paid £49.99 for “lifetime full VIP account”. After few weeks the app has been supposedly discontinued. I say supposedly because few days later it has been re-released with the same name, same logo, same content, same everything except all subscriptions are no longer valid. Developer does not answer emails. It’s simply a scam. I will be reporting this to Apple. In the meantime I hope to save few other naive people from loosing their hard earned money.

Hasn’t worked for a while. September 2024 it’s been over a year that the restore has not worked
Can’t restore my purchase & no response from support
I sent screenshots of my purchase to support a week ago, since then I sent 3 more emails and still nothing $42 and I can’t even use what I paid for. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Lost 2 stories. Slow to load.
Cannot hear sound
Why won’t the sound play?
Unusable
I can't use it because the allocated time is too short, making it practically useless. It has a quote feature, but it can't even show the full quote before the 5 seconds are up. You can't tweak the time to make it workable. Super disappointed. Can't even reach customer service. Now, I'm stuck as a pro member and can't use the platform at all. You’re better off subscribing to other platform who do a better job and offer the flexibility of customization 😕
I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS APP
I’m having the same issue as so many other ppl. I purchased the long term subscription and soon after the app wouldn’t work anymore bc they shut that one down and started this one. I have emailed support and the developers over and over and still no one has responded to me at all. I can’t restore my subscription and I’m being asked to pay all over again . This is not fair …. Y’all literally are tryna find loopholes to take advantage of people and it’s disgusting. Can someone from this app/ developers/ customer service/ whoever … please help me. I’m sure there are thousands of emails being blatantly ignored because what’s the point of giving people an email address to reach out to if y’all never gonna respond. I would like my subscription to be honored and restored. If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated….or give me a refund for the first app y’all shut down after getting all of our money.
