YOU NEED TO FIX THE HELP SECTION. ONLY 5 people are allowed to help at any time. It’s letting the game down. No wonder people are leaving an otherwise interesting game. PLEASE FIX IT

Frozen game

I love this game, but it has frozen today and nothing works. I have turned my iPad off and on but no joy, please advise

Terrible adds

I use to really like playing this game, great story line, great graphics. However the new adds that have started to appear are terrible. Once in , you can’t go back to the game. It may be time to look for another game to play… such a shame

Why is it when the game is supposed to give a reward it either freezes or says somethings broken try again later was enjoying game immensely until this started happening

Problems with a great game

Your game is great but there are a few glitches, we only seem to have 5 people able to ask for help at one time. My husband played too & when he puts a help in there are different team members in there to my game. I think you need to address this problem so we can all get helps quicker. Also to wait so long for helps is very annoying. The story is great but takes too long to play. I’m a team leader so I have to stay for the team PLEASE FIX THE HELPS Aussies nsw

No support

Tried creating a ticket on your website, but that is as buggy as your app. Was playing level 56 when suddenly the game jumped forward to “the wedding”! Restarting the game finds me stuck on the 0-2 bars of the loading process (either no progress, 1 bar, or 2). Have restarted many times to no avail. There’s nothing wrong with the iPad the game is played on. It tells me I will lose all data if I delete and reinstall, so will have to wipe and forget about playing the game as the game is not entertaining enough to retrace the 56 levels already played.

This game is not to hard, very pretty and entertaining. And the best thing is NO ADS unless you choose to watch them! Love it

Nothing like the ads for this game. Basically it’s Candy Crush with a storyline, that’s a big NO from me.
