Very rude customer service
I have never encountered such rude customer service. There is a fault in the game allowing to choose different wallpapers for the same wall. When selecting the other color for the second part I did it to see how it looked. I presumed that I would be able to return and change it as it is the case with all the rest of the fixtures where you get a choice of three interchangeable. Instead I ended up with one part of the wall grey and the other pink. I could not change any of the two to match. I reported that to the customer service. They couldn’t understand what I was talking about...then they asked for screenshots that I provided. Then they asked for a video... at this point I expressed that I could not do that and they replied in a rude and ironic way. Will delete this game.
Keeps crashing...
I really wanted to play this game, but it kept crashing every couple of minutes! Really annoying, I deleted it the same day.
Problem downloading
I play everyday. Love this game! I cannot download updates 12/16/24-Nothing wrong on my end. Please fix. Thank you.
