Impossible to log in!
I am facing that problem EACH time when I am opening this application. I can not log in to my account. Even when I am creating new account, around 20 minutes I can use it, but after that system logging me out, and then I can not log in! Even when I am making new password, immediately it became not working! OMG

Tuto aplikaci nikdy vice!! Nelze vratit zbozi. Kdyz kliknu na “vratit” nejde pokracovat dal, protoze nemohu zadat duvod vraceni zbozi a bez toho se na konec bohuzel nedostanete. Vratila bych osobne, kdyby byly otevrene obchody, ale ted bohuzel nemate zadnou moznost vratit zbozi, takze si ho maximalne muzeme ulozit do skrine a nebo zkusit prodat jinde, ale levneji. Jsem vazne nastvana a aplikaci okamzite mazu.

Strašná aplikace, strašný obchod. Objednala jsem si bundu, barva oproti fotce-strašná. Přes aplikaci nelze vrátit...návod na vrácen je jeden velký chaos. Na pobočce vrátit bohuzel nemohu vzhledem k uzavření obchodu. Fakt paráda

RETURN ORDER BUTTON MISSING ON THE WEBSITE!!! How can this happen? This is legally unacceptable. Scammers.
Just the worst
This is a joke... Such a big store just doesn’t have a return option on their web AND app. I can’t even contact you via email, because the button “email us” doesn’t work either. This is ridiculous. Whoever did a web and app for you are just a bunch of idiots. But the fact that you still haven’t fixed it is even more dumb. Never buying here again.
