Name is terrible
I’ve had this app for years and just decided to delete it. I travel a lot and had this app was in my Travel folder with my other hotel apps. When I need to book a hotel, I look to see what’s near my destination then open my Travel folder. I look at all the apps with the hotel names and see Strawberry. What hotels did that cover again? I don’t remember and I’m tired of checking. It’s not intuitive and there’s no good reason for that.
Urusel app
Har allt man behöver men inget funkar. Apple hemnyckel? Kanske. Skicka feedback? Trasigt. Hjälpsidor? Osmidiga.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Insane
Please try again later
After many app updates, still unable to login using the app on my iPhone or my iPad. Always says “please try again later”. Same login credentials work just fine on the web. What’s up Strawberry?
Such a bad app. Full of bugs
Have been a long time customer and app user. Needed to book a hotel room today. Impossible to load the app. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still get same error message “Something went wrong. Please try again. It problem persists please contact customer service”. Seriously? Please fix the darn problem.
Can’t even create a member profile!
The fist step- create a member profile is an endless loop. App seems to not work.
Phone number?
They won’t take a USA phone number! Some other chain will I’m sure
Wrong dates
The app still shows reservation dates transposed one day back. Eg. if my reservation is Aug. 3, the app shows it as Aug. 2.
I don’t know if it’s only an issue for customers not in Europe, but it should not be a problem to get the app to show the correct dates everywhere.
Full of bugs
I have an existing reservation. The app shows it with wrong dates; shows one room for two people while the reservation is for two rooms five people; shows a different reservation number from what my email confirmation uses.
The benefits m information is shown as a web page that can't be zoomed, making it unreadable.
Clicking on the App Support link in the App Store page for the app takes you to a web page for reservation bookings! No app support page to be found.
