Hello, I have just purchased a Cambridge product, model MXN 10. I am very happy with the Cambridge product, which is incomparably better sounding than the BLUESOUND node I had before. However, I am rather unhappy with the application that is provided to use it. In fact, there are several things that I've noticed in the Stream magic application that don't allow the Cambridge device to run smoothly and ergonomically. In real life, I'm the quality manager for my company. I work a lot on ergonomics for disabled people. So I'd like to make a number of observations: - The Stream magic application never keeps the history of my Qobuz searches in the media library. This is a real and major problem because any new search deletes the previous one. Your future update should quickly take this into account. - Your application's main menu is not functional. This menu should allow users to navigate your application easily. Instead, you've included a "new features" list that should be placed under the "other" item. - On the main menu, there's a list of recently opened radio stations. But it's impossible to delete radio stations! I can't change this list on the main menu page? that's a problem. What's more, you didn't think it wise to incorporate this list of recently played radio stations into the 'radio' tab. Why not? - The sound volume control is not immediately accessible. This is a major problem that forces users to navigate the application with several switches before reaching the volume control. A sound control button should be permanently accessible, on every page! - In the "others" section, there should be a support section to make it easier to contact you. - The media library home page displays TIDAL and DEESER by default, without ever giving users the option of removing these icons. Users should have real freedom to organize their media library page. I don't want to see these icons again unless I decide to subscribe! - We've noticed that when a reading point is paused, the pause mode is limited to one minute. The pause mode should be permanent. - This is a big difference with the BLUESOUND node, there is no history in the playback grid. The BLUESOUND OS application allows you to keep a permanent playback history. I was able to go back to music sources I listened to 5 years ago... Here again, your future update should allow the user to go back to the history of his playlist. - There's another problem that's worth highlighting. In the media

Application au top, simple, ergonomique et efficace! Pour les personnes dont le lecteur réseau n’apparaît pas sur l’application : pensez à bien activer la diffusion multimédia dans : Panneau de configuration > Reseau et Internet > Centre réseau et partage > Option de diffusion multimédia en continu. L’ordinateur bloquait la configuration du lecteur réseau sur l’application visiblement :)

I just bought mxn10, globally happy with the sound. I am using a connected ssd of 2To to have all my music in flac 24 bits classified in genre then artist then album Although I can set an album as a playlist favorite I can’t save the current play queue as a playlist . This is pretty basic and key for me As otherwise each time I turn the mxn10 on and want to set a playlist I need to build the play queue from scratch by browsing the usb hard disk I know that if the files are moved , deleted or for a nas with upnp if there is indexing issue it may not find back some tracks bu this is not a real case as the files are static , I just add new files to the disk and don’t move them

Depuis la mise à jour, gros bug, plus de possibilité de se connecter aux différents diffuseurs de musique a travers l ampli evo 150 et l’appli notamment Qobuz et deezer Merci pour votre nouvelle Maj avec impatience !🥵

J ai apprécié le support Cambridge car mon iPad connecté direct mais mon iPhone XR soucis de connection , résolu désormais l appli est bien le seul point négatif que je vois c est que quand mon iPad ou mo iPhone SE met en veille la musique se coupe et le cxn se met en pause pas normal ..

Hi, Am using iPadOS 16.4 and StreamMagic 2.10 with last firmware 022a132+a Since this, I cannot access to Qobuz anymore. Why this ? Although it works well on Android… Thank you in advance for your help

Le bouton « se connecter à votre compte » quobuz ne répond pas. Rien ne se passe quand on clique dessus…

Malgré la dernière maj il y a toujours un plantage lors de l affichage des albums depuis la médiathèque avec un périphérique usb.. Pourquoi ne peut on pas effectuer de tri par date album ou artiste dans la médiathèque…..
