I wish there was a tutorial to show you how to use the progressions and stuff like that. It also wouldn’t let me schedule a program because it says it has no workouts even though the program says 4 days a week.

Most apps will let you throw together a workout or maybe a week of workouts but this one will easily allow you to put together a periodized program of any length you like, for free.
So unfortunately I am going to have to give this a 1 star rating. I have been trying to run the powerlifting program option and after I get to the point where I choose my days off and hit next I get an error message and it’s telling me to try again later. I reached out to the dev and sent pictures but looks like they were unable or didn’t fix the issue. Wanted to try it. Bummer.
No support for cancelling the program
I’ve been struggling to increase my squat PR. I was recommended to download this app and within a month, my squat started moving in the right direction! Thanks Strength Flight for the awesome tracking and platform!
The programs themselves are A1, no complaint there. Sometimes I open the app and it will be cleared of everything. Last time I was able to reset it to when I started this block, now I can’t so I’m basically out of options other than to switch to a different program - in the middle of this one.
Love the app — it's been super simple to use and offers the flexibility to move accessory work around, which is fantastic for working around my game schedule. I've reached out to Ryan twice with questions and both times he's responded the same day with thoughtful emails, which I think says a lot about their commitment to this product.
I love this app. It is exactly what I need in terms of a routine. They program the main stuff and give you direction with accessory work through the bucket. I feel like I am getting high end coaching while still being in control of my program. I recommend this to everyone looking for an affordable solution to hiring a coach.
App is extremely streamlined and affordable. Only had minor issues which I brought up to Hani (the USAPL coach that does the programming), he gave me a near instant reply and was extremely friendly. Have been recommending to all my gym buddies. Looking forward to seeing this grow!
