Stretch Go: Stretching, Splits

$8 a week is way to much for things i could come up with in my head.

I’ve tried a bunch of stretching & mobility apps and this one is simply not good. The stretches seem random with no real plan. Theres basically no explanation or flow, and it doesn’t feel like it was made by folks who actually know (or care) much about stretching. On top of that pretty much everything is locked. They let you try a few random routines then they want you to pay a pretty steep weekly subscription. Feels predatory and likely just another cash grab. The routines I did try weren’t making much sense either, especially if you’re looking for clear instructions and safe progressions. They have a library of articles about stretching but they seem fake and almost definitely generated by AI. I guess we’re at that point where developers can just hack anything together with AI and launch it on the app store without having any real understanding of the subject matter. Overall disappointing. I’d look elsewhere. 🚩🤔🤷‍♀️😔🛑

Putting on a hype song to this and doing these I’m more flexible then ever I can hold a heel stretch for like 1 minute

You should get this app this is so good and I was more flexible than less then a week I had me split and now I can do a wall split

Stretch go has no ads and actually helps with the exercises I or u need download now if u want to learn cool things like the splits Ang so much more

So far I love this! the only reason it’s not five stars is because unfortunately a majority of the options are premium so if you don’t have much extra money it’s difficult to have much free access. don’t get me wrong i love love love Stretch so far!
