Hope you continue your system as you have it now because my family and friends enjoy it!
Connectivity issue
Connectivity issues with this app is happening constantly.
Monumental syncing issues for months
Platform appears to be abandoned. Either people can no longer connect with the app at all, or the syncing drops for no reason for weeks at a time. 3/4 of the members have disappeared. Customer Service has said they are “working on syncing problems” since August.
Bummer with no notifications.
This app is okay.. it’s difficult to keep up with my challenge with no notifications. I don’t know if it’s a bug that needs to be fixed. But my only complaint would be that there are zero notifications.
Need to be fixed constantly
What a lousy app, it crashed at least once a week. And it doesn’t sync accordingly. And does not work with Google phone…..so many bugs
Doesn’t sync anymore and they’re not fixing it….
They won’t fix the app that’s been having issues since they “updated it” can’t sync my Garmin. Guess I’ll need to find a new app to use. Just frustrating.
Can’t sync
Along with everyone else, I can’t sync my Fitbit as of their recent update. Keeps giving me errors. Worthless now.
App is getting buggy
I have been using since Fitbit sold out and they dropped the challenges. I bought a Garmin watch and thought Stridekick was the solution as it synced mine, a fitbit friend, and an Apple friend. Lack of challenge history was annoying but recently I am having sync issues. I followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalled it (which lost my stats), entered them manually and life was good for about a week and now it won’t sync again. Not sure it is worth it anymore. Something changed in the last 6 months. Frustrating!!
Still FUBAR - after 2+ weeks! Worthless!
2 weeks after an update and this app no longer syncs with Garmin. It says it does. It doesn’t! Dont waste your time with this app!!! Who upgrades and still after 2 weeks can’t get their app working?!?! Roll back your changes or fire your app developers and get new ones.
