Create amazing comic books with your photos and share with friends and family. Tell exciting stories with balloons, stickers, drawings, and warped 3D lettering. Strip Designer offers the complete comic creation experience on iOS and macOS.

You'll begin by selecting one of the many included comic book page templates or create your own custom layout.

Next, you'll add photos from the camera, your album, or create a drawing. Apply filters, or even paint on and mask your photos for atmosphere, style and retouching.

Add balloons and text anywhere you want and in any direction and size. Play with the colors and fonts until you get the perfect look.

Add stickers like "Boom", "Splash", or "Bang" to spice up the action -- Even create your own library using photos from your photo-album and the built-in masking and drawing tools.

Use 3D warped text with thick borders and gradient color-fill to give your comic the extra super-hero feel. Download and add additional free fonts easily within the app, to give your text a unique look!

While you work, you can freely pan and zoom to control even tiny details.

Once you have finished your masterpiece you can save it to your photo album or share it with your friends. Use PDF to share entire comic books in high-quality.

Excellent Application

One of the best apps on the App Store. Quite simply, very versatile in what you can do. Been using this for all kinds of artwork and poetry design. The developers of this app have improved it, but not overly doing so to the point it becomes a different product. To me, it shows they care about this application.

Good app would love some additions

This is a great app for page formation. It would benefit from additional filters, designers look at the comic filter on Final Cut Pro, the comic filters just don’t quite so it for me. It has sow stickers and fx text, it would be good to have additional upgrades to these as they are quite limiting after one or two mags. Love how you can convert it into pdf and send to a printer - you should come to an arrangement with a preferred printer in Europe who will make books at good price and make this a one stop option. Ok, that’s me being a bit adventurous and lazy :) Nice app.

Surprisingly powerful

I kept finding more and more useful and well thought out features. The app allows a ton of customisation and is a lot of fun to use. Great job by the developers.

Easy to use

This app is great for me because during the U.K. lockdown I was creating newsletters to show our families how my baby is doing. I am pleased with this app.

Not worth £3.99

Bought this as an alternative to the very good app ‘Comic Book’ and now wish I hadn’t. Whilst it offers a fair amount of options, the end result looks relatively basic. It’s good but certainly not worth the five 5 star reviews it had before I bought it.

Awesome comic app- very handy for pdf manipulation at well

I’ve had this app for a while and have made some awesome ads and instructions using the tools. It’s also as mentioned a fantastic app for editing when everything else fails . Don’t know why it just works for lots of image manipulation Thanks

So much fun

I bought this app yesterday and I can’t leave it alone. It is awesome and does everything I want it to so far. It is quite comprehensive and If you pass your photos through the comic filter in the “CLIPS” app first, the comic strip effect looks even better. In response to developers comment. My bad. Now has 5 stars

The perfect comic strip creator

I really like this app as it provides everything you need to make comic books. Easy to use and a vast variety of features. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into this. My one request would be to have a collection of characters to save me creating and importing them from other apps but till top marks.

Easy when you know how...

I've been using this app for years and whilst it's tricky to get to grips with some of the more advanced aspects, it is fantastic for creating unique images or comic strips. Sticker creator could use an update i.e. "Magic Wand" style selection tool. Apart from that it's a great app.

Amazing app! So simple to use, intuitive, looks great, and brilliant for flyers, brochure design, you don't need to be computer literate / minded or particularly creative - it's so easy! Well worth the money and no ads / in app purchases either, thank you! And I rarely write a review!
