App isn’t working

Keeps on saying an error has occurred and doesn’t let me sign up

I purchased tickets and didn’t receive my ticket information. I have tried to contact them to issued a refund but I get no response.

Student Universe is the worst app！if you want to cancel your tickets, you need to call their customer service and wait more than one hour to talk with them. Their customer service can not help you at all, because they will tell you different cancellation fee. If you finally pay the cancellation fee like 40$, they will call you back and say they can’t help you cancel your tickets. You need to wait another phone call or a email from the airline! This is ridiculous! Do not use it!

The app just functions as a mobile browser now, it doesn’t even work to search multiple days. Why would you ruin a perfectly good app?

Charged me for no reason three times!

I had a very bad experience of booking through studentuniverse. The hotel didn’t provide the receipt and I keep calling to studentuniverse but they never responded or solved the issue. Better to not use it again.

Extremely slow to load & many times doesn’t load at all. Get error message constantly. Went to check in on our flight & it said 0 luggage, but when I bought the tickets, we were supposed to get 1 checked luggage free each!!

It is not trustworthy website. I booked international flight tickets, one week didn’t receive anything. Later told me prices increased a lot, and let me choose buy or refund? I chose refund, I will never use this agent
