NOT simple
I thought I had three days to to try it out. When I went to cancel it said I was signed up until January 9. When I tried to complain to the App there was NO response. Found it difficult to use. If Food was not entered right at breakfast time You couldn’t go back and enter it in the afternoon with lots of steps. Same for lunch and dinner. I am busy and I don’t get a chance to enter until I have time! I found another app that was very easy to use One ⭐️ because I shouldn’t of had to pay if I cancelled it within three days and that it was confusing not simple

I regret paying for this. All was fine for 2 days & I really fell in love with this app Then it began showing ads, deleting meals, exercises, & fasting times. I’m out $50 & once again made a fool of myself
Horrible
Used the app one day and couldn’t even log one day because my number of “free food searches” was up after 2 meals. Not paying $50 for what my fitness pal does for free.
Can’t sign in
I have had this app for about 5 years. I purchased the lifetime option and used to be very happy with it. The problem is that I tried to restart the app to day one. Now I can’t sign in, and haven’t received any response from anyone when I requested help. If you are an administrator, please help me!!! I will change my rating to 5 stars if I get some help!
