I rent a car through them and returned it after three days because it was in a very bad condition then they told me they will refund the rest to me. I contacted then several time but no one refund my any Dirham and now they ignore my msgs. Worst experience and they don’t have reliable customer service.

The best rental car experience , i have ever had . To be honest , if i had my own car , i would still prefer the car from ‘Subscribe me’. Moreover, i was treated in such a professional way by responding promptly ,analyzing my needs and delivering on time , it was phenomenal and beyond my expectation. I have been trying to reach support through all channels for 2 weeks and no body is there to answer.

A fake company that rents you a car using the papers of a company other than theirs, another fake company, and they deliver it to your address because they do not actually have an address. When the agreed upon period expires and they call a person named Marvin to return the car, he creates distraction and incorrect timings. After that, they start taking amounts from your card that had been saved. While you registered with their company for no reason and without consulting you, I advise everyone not to repeat our mistake and not to communicate with them at all.

I’m facing the worst experience with them! At first it’s very smooth and everything is easy and they deliver the car to you. Once you end your contract the other face shows and for a month now they are still charging my card with nonsense fees! They picked up the car 5 days later after my date of contract and they charged me for them!!! I asked for a refund and after one month now they charged me again instead!
