I have transcribed two 3 minute videos and each time at least a full minute was not captured by the captions. I then I had manually listen to the video and transcribe it myself on my phone (not sure if there is a web-based version of this app). Manually inputting captions is not very user friendly and it takes forever. Two stars because when it does transcribe properly, it does a great job for the most part. However, it's taken me nearly 40 mins for each 3 min video to fix the issues - not worth the trouble.

I pay $10,99 per month for the pro version... I’ve just spent 2 hours editing the English transcript of my video and now I’m not able to export it with the subtitles. Manually editing the transcript can get complicated as some sentences are longer than the space where it has been transcribed (thus, you can’t see the rest of it on the editing screen to make changes as it might be required). I had to manually transcribed the last 5 minutes of the video as it didn’t transcribed automatically. I gave the app 2 stars as it is the only one I have found that also provide translation however, it’s not possible to edit the translation that is automatically generated by the app. I sent an email to the support service 4 weeks ago without receiving any answers concerning this matter. I don’t believe I’ll be renewing my subscription as I’m not able to export a 20 minutes video. It’s just too bad... I really like the features offered by this app.

Crashes constantly so after hours of work on a 24min clip it won’t export the video with your subtitles. Don’t waste your time and money.

The app crashes all the time when translating in other languages :(

It’s not clear how to edit texts and add words that the app didn’t recognize. Can you add more tutorials and help?

Has potential but I have the most up to date version. It did 1 video for me but then when I tried more it would just keep pausing and not finish the translation. Also payed for the personal plus package. Gonna cancel and find an app that works. Sorry.

app just crashes as soon as I open. does not work

Thank you to the developers for this awesome app! This app is absolutely amazing and indispensable to me! I create a lot of social media videos (Snapchat Stories, Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, YouTube, etc) and it is so important to have subtitles now-a-days, as not everybody can or is going to watch your video content with the volume turned on. That is why subtitles are so important and this app is the best Ive found for the job. It's the only subtitling app I found that will allow you to automatically subtitle previously made videos that are in your camera roll. Also, it's the only subtitling app that allows you to put two languages on the screen. All other subtitling apps only allow for one language. I highly recommend this app for your video subtitles, especially if you are on the go, away from home, and need to quickly post a video with subtitles to one of your social media networks. Subtitles Automatic is the answer!
