This does not work , not possible to translate , wrong words also on translation like many and 95% the app will crash u cant use it

This app doesn’t work they charged me £25.99 ind it doesn’t work they haven’t replied to any of my emails this is a scam!!

Absolutely horrible

This app is so temperamental and unreliable, some days it works, most days it doesn’t. I have to now find another alternative app to get my subtitles done. I’m not impressed.

No more support available and project only exports subtitules without video.

I was using it for some time and it was working. Wry well, even tho some text had to be amended, right now projects disappeared from the Galen, no support is available, and project only export subtitles and no video

Cuts off picture

Downloaded the app today and got a paid subscription, everything works but when I save the video it only loads the top left hand corner which is useless as I can’t see the video🤷‍♀️ it has potential but currently doesn’t function well

Paid and now won’t export!!!

Paid for subscription but will not export my short 3 min video doesn’t matter what quality or type always fails barely half way through!!!! Wasted my money

Subtitle box should be adjustable on the sides.

I wanted the subtitles box to be narrow on the sides.. Actually, it’d be great to be able to resize and place it wherever I want. Some apps have that option, why can CC?

App not working, no other way to contact

Update 1st March- immediately emailed address given (again) STILL NO REPLY RECEIVED I’ve been using the app very successfully on and off for a while. Editing takes time & is a bit random but it’s a good option. Then it stopped working. I thought I’d run out of my monthly allowance and updated my subscription. My money was taken but it’s still not working. My emails to ‘contact’ and ‘support’ have bounced, the ‘website’ is a Facebook page and it seems this is the only way to communicate.
