I have paid for a paid subscription to this app. It worked fine for 5 months until February. Starting from February. It's not working right now either. You select the necessary video from the gallery, and then it throws it out of the application. I rebooted my phone and updated the app, but the problem didn't go away. Considering that I have a paid subscription, this is all the more unpleasant.

I used this on a video I needed translated for school. It was so easy to use and took maybe 6 minutes for a 4 minute video. Highly recommend!!

Looks like the free button trial is not working!!! I cancel it five minutes after purchase because the app is not good at all but seems like I still going to get charge for one month. Now need to connect with Apple support
Just paid and downloaded and made my first subtitle video. Less than 2 mins and it crashes when added word for word animations.
Seems like a money grab. App didn’t work all that well, wasn’t easy to navigate.
Bought the paid version and it worked well. Surprised how fast it captioned my videos. Now, about 6 months later, it gets stuck and I get a message saying it’s in “que” and then a notification saying “these videos aren’t supported”. I have cancelled but no refund—the app just sits there—won’t function. Pretty bad service + customer service.
Very OFF in spelling and grammar. The words loose meaning and sends a different message than what is intended. They’ll have to optimize it’s speech translations and get better spelling of words. Not ideal for professional use
