Dopo che ho pagato mo sta creando un sacco di problemi

Mi sono fatto l’abbonamento annuale è da due giorni non funziona più. Non c’è la possibilità di contattare qualcuno e chiedere info

L’app ha un sacco di potenziale ma rende il work flow frustrante e rallenta i tempi. Mi ha cancellato tutti i vecchi progetti e su questo posso sorvolare, ma puntualmente ogni volta che salvo un video devo tornare indietro e salvarlo di nuovo per avere i sottotitoli, a volte devo ripetere il processo anche 6 o 7 volte e magari spegnere e riaccendere il telefono! A volte semplicemente lo salva senza sottotitoli, a volte esce fuori la scritta fiasco e bisogna sperare nel miracolo perché l’app salvi i video. Peccato, risolti questi problemi o almeno resi meno costanto sarebbe super da consigliare a tutti i miei colleghi che lavorano nel campo multimediale, invece no.

La App è interessante, ma con iPhona 12 Pro ho problemi con i progetti. Una volta salvato, se lo riapri il video non si vede più e non è possibile lavorare sul progetto. Peccato

Horrible app. It is SOOO slow. It takes forever to generate subtitles. And even when subtitles are created, I still have to edit them, because the app consistently makes errors in transcription. Words are often misspelled or completely misunderstood, leading to subtitles that don’t match the audio at all. It's frustrating to have to go back and correct so many mistakes, especially after waiting so long for the subtitles to generate in the first place. This app promises efficiency, but it delivers the opposite. Not worth the time or money

This app works ok, but sometimes when you are editing a caption and try to move it to the correct place- it gets stuck on other captions sometimes in the middle of another caption and you cant unstick it! There is no "go back" function to unstick it and do it again. You have to reso the WHOLE DANG VIDEO and start editing the texts over and over. And it takes a lot of time to edit these videos and text, to have to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN!

It says I have no internet connection and does not do anything waste of time I’m glad I did not subscribe I cancelled free trial right away.

App said monthly subscription was only $9 a month, purchased. Card was charged $22 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Captions are super inconsistent and not great. I signed up for a weekly subscription with a free trial. They charged me for a year! $50 I don't have for an app I used a couple times only and don’t want to use again. Nobody at customer service will help or respond. SAVE YOURSELF!
