Every time I use the app it just takes my money & does not provide information of your receipt from your order & having to contact my bank to dispute every transaction, totally not worth downloading & save your money!
Fix your app Subway
I had used this app a total of 3 times until today. First two was for ordering myself a single sandwich. The third being today where I went to order 3 foot-longs and 3 drinks.
Upon placement of my order I was greeted with an order status (when it’s ready, what I bought, etc.) for only one sandwich & no drinks.
Figuring the app must’ve glitched I ordered the other two footlongs and 3 drinks and waited to pick them up. Upon arriving at my store I received only 3 drinks and two sandwiches. After talking with subway staff they concluded that the system had a problem and didn’t send in the first, singular footlongs. I bought the singular sandwich and had it made quickly and well. No biggie. Wrong.
I get home and look at the receipts for all 3 orders I made within the day. The failed initial order of one sandwich not only didn’t go through, but was made with card ending in 9983. Nobody within my family, nor in my Apple wallet has a card ending in that number.
Furthermore, I tried to access the receipts a second time to try and understand what was going on, I find out that my MVP account has been terminated and IP banned from my home WiFi.
Apps just as trash as their website
I’m forced to download this app just to order because their website is so bad you can’t even place a order.

I love the app and it’s easy to work with. Wish they could inform u when they are out of certain item. But if u can’t choose a certain drink or chips just write a note.
