Ordered through your app order got canceled rang your Artarmon store to find out why person who answered the phone couldn’t speak English. This isn’t the first time there’s been a issue it’s the second or fourth time.
No Apple Pay?
This app doesn’t have Apple Pay. It’s annoying having to log into Pay Pal or find my credit card to enter the numbers. Also doesn’t accept American Express which you can use in store. FIX YOUR APP
Packing food
I don’t like my cold drink and chocolate chip cookie put into the same bag.. as my sub is toasted and if pack together, cookie get soft and melt and drink not cold.

Terrible app
App is very bad.
1) We put all our orders in then realised it was for wrong store - you can’t simply change store like every other fast food app - it deletes your order and makes you start over.
2) Then when you go to pay, doesn’t have Apple Pay or access any saved cards in the phone like normal apps. Makes you manually type in all the card details
3) when I joined up, the app states you get something special on your bday. It was my birthday. Didn’t receive anything at extra and the store said they don’t give anything out on birthdays.
4) we ordered to avoid the long que so we could just collect it. Arrive in store and tried to go counter to collect - then they said we havnt made it yet just join the line and we will make it
Complete waste of time will be deleting this app now
Toormina service
Toormina service once again hits an all time low.
They don’t know how to speak above the noise inside store
They bite my head off when I say what about my order waiting to be toasted.
Telling me they asked me , but I never replied since I didn’t hear.

2 time I have next to no meat on my foot long. Would easily be less meat that is ment to be on a foot long.
It’s never toasted as requested. And looks like it’s literally been thrown together

Don’t use the app, order in person
The app is filled with bugs. First I paid extra for a drink the store didn’t have in stock. The store told me I’d be refunded - two weeks later still no refund. Secondly it changed my store at the checkout screen which I didn’t notice until after paying. No way to cancel an order, or change stores, and the “call restaurant” button leads to a dead number
