Whilst the subs are great despite numerous requests, a gluten free option is not available on the app, and neither is there an option to use points on the app.

Doesn’t work half of the time. Login is a nightmare

Called to my local subway and ordered 2 subs I paid at the till and the girl on the till finished the subs ( salad, dressings) I couldn’t see what she was doing and I realised too late that she had put the sauce on the wrong sub. When I pointed this out she crossly said it was my fault , there was nothing she could do about and announced she was going on her break and stormed off. Luckily another server sorted the situation out but I can’t belief how rude the first server was. Obviously untrained in customer service. Love a sub but this experience is not encouraging me to return

It’s a joke .. have to be sent code every time I log in

Would give zero stars if it was an option. On two different occupations I have tried to enter a claim number for my points as the store scanner was broken and the app won’t accept it. I tried to contact customer care but every time I click on the option I get a blank screen.

Great options for coeliac people Clearly sets out what is GF and delicious GF rolls. Good value. Lovely coffee ☕️ nice staff.

Can’t seem to spin that wheel

Had app before and deleted as no reason to use it as shops cannot/don’t want to accept offers, offers on the app don’t work after installing few years down the line and same crap. Nothing works even shops advertise to download the app. Also looks like developers buy fake reviews to hide their crappy work.
