Ordered on the app 10 minutes prior to arrival, when I arrived at the counter i said i was here to collect an app order. He said they hadn’t started it yet, no problem until he then took the order of the person next to me and started preparing their food before mine!!! What a waste of time… (Cardiff North rd)
Horrible app. Used to work, but still had to go into a store to redeem points. I have over 5000 points and can’t redeem them. Very unhappy customer
Tried for a month to verify the code to login but always get the cannot parse data error
Some code popup appears when logging in
Having to delete the app and reload it. Only to keep getting error messages. Seems pointless and what a way to loose customers
Tried 10 times to log in 10 verification emails sent to me with verification code none of them worked deleted the useless app.
