Awesome hospitality

App does not work properly in Andriod especially CGM & Watch sink

App not working properly in Samsung s24 ultra especially CGM and there is no Samsung watch sink .... Steps etc has to entered manually & Face scan is worst. You get step count if your mobile is your pocket . Tread mill app give no or less steps count

Absolute bullying and intimidation

While the coaches are really good and helpful, the customer retention representative Sumitha A is nothing but pure toxic evil. She has been relentlessly trying to intimidate my 65 year old mother to buy a subscription we don’t want to buy. When called out for that, she has the audacity to say that my mother is lying. By looking at the way they treat their customers, I might be switching to Twin health. They are a lot better spoken and not as rude. Sumitha A went on to make statements to my mother like “you can’t pay this much also?” Tell me which school of customer service considers this to be a sign of a healthy organisation that deals with old patients?

Very good information by coach and Doctor.

Sugar levels now going down and down.Hope target for reversal will be achieved within few months.

I am using sugar for since couple of days and I lodged complaint that the app is not working outside India and the CGM THEY sale is specific programmed to work with there app only so when we go out of India it doesn’t work Not only it need continue internet to work I think this is not right way

It’s not turning out as promised

I was quite impressed with the way it was told that how the system supports the person in the journey to fitness. But I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed. There is no discussion about the test results, no feedback or follow up on gluco monitor results. In fact nothing much happened or told which I was not already aware of. Yes soles push-up and nitrogen dump is new concept that I’ve learnt and practice. But apart from that nothing much was told about diet, my routine. I needed help which didn’t come through enough. I’ve practically nothing to tell the doctor also. Please help me get over my high sugar levels

Please don’t leave any member until and unless he/she reverses her diabetese. I had paid 20000 while joining with great hopes. I hv great expectations from Sugarfit.

Cheating

It was not mentioned during initial webinar Sensor only works for 14 day and you need to keep buying it new for Rs 3000 every 14 days. It was mentioned total expense for year will be Rs14999, Now it’s 4 th day waiting to get back the payment but asked to speak with 4 representative. Be careful before investing.

Pathetic experience with Consultations

Coaches and doctors keep on rescheduling the calls and unnecessary calls keep coming for rescheduling Kindly save your money and do a program from outside

Scammers

They will take your money without asking for address or sending a receipt. No support number available either.
