Никогда не писал отзывы, но сейчас напишу. Фермы кажется заключают договора, чтобы работникам подсовывать этот ужасный дорогой и абсолютно неюзабельный банк! Пытался зарегистрироваться в банкинге - на сайте пишут про обработку документов за 10 минут. Жду второй день - ничего не происходит. До поддержки дозвониться - жду по 40 минут на телефоне. Попросил проверить баланс - просто скинули трубку. Ребята, это ужасный банк, если вам его на ферме дали - сразу меняйте на другой!

Very happy I got this card after being refused by other companies a few months ago.

They close my account and my friend account aswell and they don’t let me to withdraw my money i have emailed them they said send your bank details we will transfer your money and it’s been 3 month every time i tell them but they don’t send any way its simple you guys are scam because if you close my bank account just let me transfer my money like other banks if they close your account they will say transfer your money in seconds and the problem is i do a lot travel to black pool via trum and in the trum there is a lot pictures of this bank in the trum but why out government work with these thief company and i have reported this bank to action fraud and im waiting for there reply

AVOID!
Avoid! You are charged for nearly EVERYTHING and I mean nearly everything, if you put money in your account your charged £5 and more. Every time you pay someone it’s £0.99. Yes it’s only £.99 but if you paying 10 bills a month over a year that’s nearly £120 down the drain! If you need a new card it’s £5. Better online accounts out there that don’t gouge you like this.

But Charging 1.5 GBP per everytime we use our own money with card or cashless online payment is a huge thumb down !!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service due to their poor customer service. Be cautious, as they deduct 2% from the money you receive or send, meaning every transaction comes with a charge. It’s simply not worth it. You’re better off going to a traditional street bank for your financial needs.

If you use the app regularly it charges you for transactions and it adds up quite a lot
