Sultan – Online Shopping

I used to order from Sultan online as normal ordering but yesterday i ordered they did not delievered to me and today they cancel it without apologize its really bad experience with sultan today they even not informed me the reason of the cancellation and i was really waiting for my items.

Very limited choices and stocks. Like it’s better you go to store itself coz online is not of great help. The items in standard is not also available when the option is rush.

لما طلبت حدوني بوقت التوصيل من ٨ لي ١١ بليل و الطلب وصل الساعه ٢ الفجر 👎🏻 و فوق هذا ياخذون ١ توصيل 👎🏻👎🏻 نصابين و بواقين

I always have best shopping experience with sultan, veggies and fruits are great quality , dairy and frozen food come always cold or frozen , very large choice of products ( local and imported ) Sultan is always the best choice

طلبت بعدها اتصلوا قالوا في منتجات سولد اوت .. يعني يا اذكياء اذا عميل طلب شيلوا طلبه على جنب ..! على ما يوصلني البيت نص الاغراض سولد اوت ليش …! I ordered they called me back to tell me that three items are sold out after I ordered and pay the money ..! So silly and annoying..! Wasted my time to wait 3 hours..! And want me to receive missing items..! I will cancel for sure ..!

مركز سلطان اذا توصيل عند طلبات ب دينار واحد وانتم توصيل عندكم ب دينار واحد وطلبات يوصل بسرعه وانتم يوصل بعد دهر !!! بعرف منو مدير المبيعات الي ماسك الشركه !! ما يشوف الوضع او يبي يخسر البرنامج ولذلك تم حذف التطبيق بالكامل وبتعامل مع طلبات لان توصيل نفسه واسرع الى القمامه
