كالعادة كل ما نجمع كريديت يختفي .. نظام الفترات المؤقته جدا سئ و بدون شي اصلا النقاط و المكافآت جدا قليلة

Why not extend the expiration of the points more than 3 months? And why not add the barcode to the apple wallet to make it easier to scan

الأبلكيشن جدا فاشل وأغلب البضائع غاليه وتأخير موطبيعي بالتوصيل مثلا حاطين لي التوصيل بين ٤ الي ٧ المسا وبعدها غيروا التوصيل صار من 10 مساءا الي 12 الصبح نصيحه لاتدفعون بالبطاقه خلوه كي نت عند التوصيل حتي عند إلغاء الطلب ترجع الفلوس بعد 3 او 5 أيام عمل أداره جدا فاشله للبرنامج للأسف

يوجد خطأ ويحتاج تطوير عند الدخول الى كنزي لا يظهر الباركود وعند الضغط يتسكر البرنامج

The customer’s support reply late they take more than 10 minutes to reply to your messages I made an order on 3pm and the time is now 7:33pm and I never got my order they just told me my order will arrive between 7-10pm which means it will take 8 hours to arrive that’s really terrible

Terrible app, Terrible customer support relating to the accounts. We have had a loyalty account from since 2010 only to have our phone number removed when they switched to this new Kanzee card system. Tried several times to correct the problem through support and at the store, ended up with Sultan assigning a new Kanzee card number and OTP still not being received on the assigned phone number. Tried correcting the info myself through the app again and it still fails. What’s the point of all this loyalty program and it is useless? I also now have a physical loyalty card with a different number (the old number). The whole system is just so messed up !

هناك مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول لا يقبل تسجيل الدخول ويسجل الخروج بمفرده يرجى اصلاح ذلك كما نتمنى ان نتمكن من شراء العروض عبر التطبيق

للاسف التطبيق يضعون منتجات واذا طلبتها ودفعت قيمتها بعد يوم يقولوك مش موجودة !! 😡😡 يعني باختصار يوهقونك
