3 weeks and refund is not processed
I ordered a jacket and decided to refund it due to size. I applied for refund since November 5 and until this moment my request was not processed. They have no one to talk to other than the live chat through the app. Although this was my first purchase from the app, it wasn’t a learner experience. My order number is AE01374317
Incompetent team
Order hasn’t been delivered in over 8 days. Nobody to assist you. Worst experience ever
Waste of time use your browser
Waste of time, if you have any issues with your order clicking on customer support sends you to the website. Where you will have to sign in again and go through the whole process again. App is a waste of time. Deleted from my IOS.
Dishonest and no credibility
I placed an order for women Nike Air Force 1 07 and it was on 50% sale, the order was placed and confirmed, next morning I receive an email that my order was cancelled due to the fact that the item was out of stock, I immediately pressed on the item in my email and I found it available with its original price, I agree mistakes happen, but u need to own ur mistakes and stand before your brand, don’t tell me that the item is out of stock while it’s not just because it was wrongly priced, this is not my problem or my issue, and the problem that the useless customer service and inline chat are as bad and dishonest, I saw the item available while they are confirming it is not !!! Shame on u, people make mistakes, but we don’t lie to cover it up, u could choose to proceed with my order and then fix what u need to fix like any other respected company but u chose to lie and lose a customer!!!! I have screen shots of the items before an after with less than 8 hours difference! I wish I could share them here!!! And on top of that I have to wait for 7-14 days to get my refund !!! Worst online experience !!!!
Zero star if possible
Horrible place to order from! The items arrive in a disgusting condition and you can’t return most of them! They take forever to return anything and rarely respond to emails. Never again! Worst order I’ve made.
