Description
Sunseeker is a comprehensive solar tracking & compass app. It shows the sun’s hourly direction intervals, its equinox, winter & summer solstice paths, sunrise sunset times, twilight times, sun shadow, the golden hour & more. The app allows you to add sun-event notifications & has a widget showing the day’s solar data & position on an arc. The surveyor view shows the solar direction for each sunlight hour. Sunseeker has both a flat compass view & a 3D Augmented Reality (AR) view to show the solar position & path.

* Sunseeker is a sun locator which uses GPS, magnetometer & gyroscope to find the correct solar position & sun path for your current location.

We used this app to plan our challenging build..it’s brilliant, simple to use and we introduced it to our designer, who now refers her clients to it. The sun direction, for cool summer and warm winter is invaluable. Love it.

Just wanted to tell the developers a big thank you! I have been using this app since purchasing it years ago to help me convert retractable awning and Blind sales as well as helping with photoshoot planning once the jobs are sold too!
Great app with room for improvement
Enjoying the app a great deal! An improvement that would make it near perfect would be the ability to import my own photo. The google map images come with shadows that restrict the usefulness of the app when looking at solar panel positioning. I expect the same is true for others looking at home positioning, photo locations and the like. Hopefully this modification will be added soon.

Decent app
Awesome app, as well as the twin app Moon Seeker
It’s so easy and intuitive when you have the map and angles at hourly intervals. The only thing you need to worry about, is the surroundings where you are. Such as large trees, buildings, or other obstacles. But with the inclination in the app, this is also easy. It’s also very interesting to compare the great variation between summer and winter solstice. To be able to see it side by side. Five stars 🌟, a simple and intuitive app, which is much harder to do right than one might think. 😊🤙 ☀️🌚 ❤️
