No fpx or online payment

I give 3 star because no option for FPX or online payment. So i need to log in at the website if i want to pay my plan. Its not convenient for me because the app become useless despite all the fx

OTP issues

Was informed to update personal details. Downloaded the app, but OTP couldn’t reach my email within their 3-min expiry time. There were 2 occasions I could get it quite immediately but upon entering the given OTP, it prompted error Invalid OTP. It’s frustrating & time wasting. Please fix it.

VERIFICATION CODE TAKES FOREVER

It took forever to send the verification code so you can never login.

App does not open

The App does not open. The Loading wheel spins until it times out. I deleted the App and reinstalled it and it still does not work on my iPhone. Please fix this.

Create password screen Functionality issue

Create password screen UI has no confirm button to proceed furthers once new password has been entered. Only reset button is available and customers unable to create password . Hence, unable to create new password and proceed to login into the App. This defeats the purpose of having a create password screen. Please look into this bug fix.
