Suncorp Bank App

I used the new version of the app and it no longer makes provision for ‘description’ and ‘reference’. Also, the description box only allows for 18 letters. This is a real backward step in service and will cause difficulties for working through accounts and identifying payments later. Not good.

Wastes time every time you open it, no way to disable it

The Suncorp app is very easy to use it meets all my needs better than other banks

I preferred the first app when you could swipe to see balance without having to log into app

Just when you thought it could y get worse. Now another unnecessary step has been added to this stupid app. Bring back the old app. This one is glitch city. It takes so long for the app to open, so many steps to log in. Pointless repetitive pop ups.

lately this app has had a annoying amount of pop ups appear upon opening the app. Discard the pop ups and don’t show again and they still come back! Fix this problem please!

I can do all my banking in app and is very easy to navigate everything.

Can’t save changes after reordering accounts into my preferred order

If it wasn’t bad enough they added unnecessary steps before you can transfer in the last update, they go ahead and add a another 10 second animation to cram their logo down your throat. Streamline your app. User experience is frustrating. The old app was quick and simple.

Great app easy to use
