Getting better, has iPadOS multitasking issues
Does what it must, but in a fairly unsightly way. Has some very limited internal wallpaper customisation, none of which supports dark backgrounds and so isn’t friendly to after dark system mode on iPhone or iPadOS. The app does have an iPad native version, but could do with some serious optimisations, such as more care with the implementation of windowed mode when using Stage Manager - elements such as text size need to be adjusted to make them larger than a flea’s elbow, for instance. Also, on iPad, the app appears to be using a lot of system resources making multitasking with other apps, or using the dock to launch other useful things like a calculator or a spreadsheet really slow and frustrating.

Just when you thought it could y get worse!
Just when you thought it could y get worse. Now another unnecessary step has been added to this stupid app. Bring back the old app. This one is glitch city.
Very limited
App is very limited compared to other banking apps. In major need of an upgrade
Doesn’t update?
Go to banking then have to update. But won’t update. Resulting in being unable to use bank services, transfer fund etc. Not good. You are controlling my money and now I can’t access it? This is not right!
Easy to use but….
The app is great and the quick balance feature is handy however can you please update the app so the log out function (a critical feature) is on the Home Screen. Having to choose ‘more’ and then choose logout is just ridiculous and not user friendly.
Changing Banks this is ridiculous
Do you guys have the same staff as Optus. This internet banking new site, along with the app upgrade is impossible. Why is it that this is so difficult ? ANZ NAB WESTPAC have such simple online apps and sites. I’ve had enough I’m switching back to another more reliable less time wasting bank !
Glitches
No matter how much I try to ignore it, this app is just riddled with bugs. My accounts don’t show up. I press add accounts, put in my details and it tells me my accounts are already added. I log out and log back in. Nothing. “Some of your accounts may not have loaded. Please try again later.” I delete the app. Restart my phone. Turn it back on. Redownload app. Log back in. STILL none of my accounts show up. My mum had the same issue when we first joined with Suncorp and when she called customer service the person said “sorry, that happens sometimes. Don’t worry, your account is fine.” Like we’re not going to constantly worry about it anyway. For the love of god just spend a few updates fixing the bugs. I can look past all the other flaws but saying I don’t have accounts?? That’s just mean to leave a bug like that unaccounted for.
Update: after however many years of dealing with this god forsaken app I’m calling it quits. I’m switching to ING so I never have to deal with this app and it’s broken servers and constant popups ever again. If anyone’s thinking about switching to Suncorp, just know it will constantly test your patience until you feel like ripping your hair out.
Not working properly
Suncorp token users can’t log on so then need to use internet banking.
Please fix, much prefer to use the app
