This app is amazing! Such a great way to become mindful and work on yourself. Jane McGonigal's TED talk was recommended to me by the 5 Minute Journal that I love. After watching I downloaded this app and began 'playing'.
Love the positive outcome to my life. I'm enjoying that it makes me focus on the important parts of my life while making it a game
This can save a life! Awesome app that helped me combat depression and made every day living so much more playful and fun - whilst giving me room to start working on areas that needed care.
