Fantastic app
Super Chinese is a great complement to study Mandarin whether at school or on your own. Highly recommend it.
One of the best apps for learning Chinese
Their motto ("15 minutes a day, great progress after a month") is a bit misleading. But if you put in 30-40 minutes instead, after about a month you'll definitely think that the money was well spent. And money you shall have to spend, since the free usage is severely limited and won't get you far. The rewards system in gold coins is therefore useless, since you must pay anyway. Weekly ranking and gamification features work a little too well, as they can easily become addictive. There's a annoying UI bug if you answer too quickly, some bad English (but passable), and some questionable examples (eg 弟弟被我打哭了, "I beat my little brother until he cried"). And the daily push notification reminder should not be sent if you've already done what it notifies you about. But otherwise great knowledge planning and a real opportunity to make progress, particularly if you also have a private tutor to help you with the finer points, every once in a while.
